The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, and beautiful old-times design elements. The staff is friendly and accommodating, providing excellent client-service. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast and dining options at the on-site restaurant.

The hotel's wifi can be unreliable, with some rooms experiencing poor signal strength.

During my Easter stay in this hotel, I was actually surprised by two key factors. the location was excellent, with easy access to the major attractions and a short walk to the city center. This made it convenient for exploring the beautiful city of Kyiv. the staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any queries or requests. the room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay.

There were a couple of aspects that could be improved. the breakfast menu was quite limited and could benefit from more variety.
