The hotel is conveniently located near the metro and close to the parks along the Dnipro River. It is also close to the city center but situated on a quiet street, ensuring a peaceful stay. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, and beautiful old-times design elements. The staff is friendly and accommodating, providing excellent client-service. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast and dining options at the on-site restaurant.
The hotel's wifi can be unreliable, with some rooms experiencing poor signal strength.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. the location was perfect - it was conveniently located between two major subway stops, making it easy for us to explore the city. We also loved how close it was to the parks along the Dnipro River, allowing us to enjoy leisurely walks and beautiful views. Despite being close to the city center, the hotel was situated on a peaceful street away from the noise and hustle and bustle.

During my Easter stay in this hotel, I was actually surprised by two key factors. the location was excellent, with easy access to the major attractions and a short walk to the city center. This made it convenient for exploring the beautiful city of Kyiv. the staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any queries or requests. the room was spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay.
There were a couple of aspects that could be improved. the breakfast menu was quite limited and could benefit from more variety.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, nestled in the charming Lypky district and just a stone's throw away from the Ukrainian parliament house. Not only that, but we were also delighted to discover that the hotel was conveniently close to the beautiful parks along the Dnipro River. It was such a treat to be able to easily explore these stunning green spaces during our stay.

The hotel had a beautiful old-fashioned charm, with luxurious interiors and vintage decor. The spacious rooms were a delight to stay in, with elegant embroideries and rich red velvet furnishings. I reminded me of I was transported back to a time of retro luxury. The hotel is also located in a safe area, near important sites like the parliament, making it convenient for exploring the city. One of the best aspects was the warm and cute atmosphere that enveloped you as soon as you stepped into the hotel.
The staff at the reception left a lot to be desired in terms of their service and customer treatment.
